Hiring our Facilities
At our Memorial Ground home we have the Club House and sports facilities for cricket pitches, hockey
and rugby that can be hired for specific events or matches.
Club House
Set in a beautiful and peaceful location, near Failand, our Club house can offer you flexibility to plan your meeting or event, large or small. As well as our Club house we have external space that can also be used for activities and sports.
You can select the room and layout based on the seating and atmosphere you require.
Function Rooms and Event Hire
Our main Club room can be used for conferences, meetings and social functions. It is flexible for a range of layouts and comes fully equipped with free Wi-Fi, audio/visual equipment and complimentary parking.
Meetings and Conferences
We can cater for your regular training events or meetings or a one off conference in our Club Room and Memorial Room, depending on the number of people. All meetings are provided with free Wi-Fi, complimentary parking, audio visual equipment and unlimited water.
Outside Space
If your event requires a large open space, we have our playing field adjacent to the Club house, where our rugby and cricket pitches are located. We are happy to discuss with you how this space may be used to support your event.

Our Delegate packages described above include the following.
Half Day Delegate Package
- Room Hire
- Complimentary Parking
- Complimentary and unlimited Wi-Fi
- Audio / visual equipment
- Unlimited tap water
- Arrival tea, coffee and biscuits
Full Day Delegate
- Half Day Package, plus
- Working lunch including sandwiches, crisps, fruit, cakes and soft drink.
- Mid morning tea, coffee and biscuits.
- Mid afternoon tea, coffee and biscuits.
- A hot meal can be provided for Full Day meetings at an additional cost of £5 per delegate.
- If a lunch is required for Half Day bookings the following can be provided.
- Working Lunch £7 per delegate.
- Hot lunch £10 per delegate.
