Set in a beautiful and peaceful location, near Failand, our Club house can offer you flexibility to plan your meeting or event, large
or small. As well as our Club house we have external space that can also be used for activities and sports.
Yes you can. We will hold a date for 2 weeks, within which time you will receive full costings and booking form to confirm
When you have signed and returned our booking form and paid the deposit. The deposit amount will be made clear in the costings provided to you and is normally 20% of the total. The deposit is non-refundable
We normally try to confirm numbers and dietary requirements two weeks before the event
If cancellation occurs more than 20 days before the event only the deposit is payable.
Within 15 days we reserve the right to charge 50% of all costs
Within 10 days we reserve the right to charge the full costs
We offer full catering and are happy to discuss different options with you. However, we do not allow external caterers on site
We have ramp access to the Club house door and a stair lift to reach the Club Room and Memorial Room. Unfortunately, we do not currently have a dedicated accessible toilet on site, we are working on it though
Our licence for all events is until 11.30 with last orders at 11pm. We request that everyone has vacated the site by 11.30pm
